Deadly Spider Bites Man Down Under on His Junk

Well this is going to make me super paranoid every time I use a port-a-potty . . . for a long, long time. This video re-enactment is even more scary than the actual bite.

A 21-year-old construction worker was using a port-a-potty in Sydney, Australia recently, when a venomous Redback Spider crawled onto his who-who-dilly and bit it.

The Redback spider which is similar to a Black Widow, has venom that can cause extreme pain, swelling, sweating, and nausea.  We're not sure which of those symptoms this guy experienced, but I'm sure they couldn't have been to enjoyable, but check this out

This guy got in his car and drove himself to the hospital. Yes you read that correctly, after being bitten by a very venomous spider on his junk the man drove himself to the hospital....wow, Australians really are tough.  I would have been rolling on the ground writhing in pain, begging for someone to suck the poison out.

Fortunately, doctors were able to help him, got him the antidote to the venom, and he was released in stable condition.
