We had the pleasure to talk to Charlie Linville, one of the most amazing people I've ever met about about his amazing life story and about his recent summit of Everest. If you've ever felt down or beaten up by life, do yourself a favor and watch these videos, it will change your whole outlook on life

Boise resident USMC Retired SSGT Charlie Linville made news recently as he attempted, for the third time to climb Everest.  His first attempt was halted after a deadly avalanche and his second attempt was ended by an earthquake in Tibet which is at the base of Mt Everest.

What makes his story unique is that he is the first combat amputee in history to successfully climb Everest, which would be hard with two legs, but Charlie lost a leg in Afghanistan after stepping on roadside bomb and made the climb using a specially designed prosthetic.

He spent the morning with Mike and Nicole and in case you missed it, here is his story, not only of how he lost his leg and fingers, but also about the actual climb.
