Buck the Core Rally at the Statehouse Focuses on Education and Common Core Failures

There was a rally at the Statehouse yesterday surrounded with people concerned about education. "Buck the Core" was the theme of the rally and they focused on what they call the failures of Common Core education.

They say Common Core is not working for our kids.

On the other side, supporters of Common Core say these standards help give educators an idea of where Idaho students stand compared to the rest of the country, which they say is beneficial to helping educate students.
