Bring This To Your Super Bowl Party!

I am a life long, die hard Denver Broncos fan. GO DENVER!! So this Super Bowl is extra special for me. I will also admit I am life long, die hard fan of food. So I love SB weekend!

The Super Bowl has changed over the years. It's not just about the football. It's about the commercials. It's about the halftime show. It's about the puppy bowl and of course it's about the food! That is why the mayor of each Super Bowl cities makes their bets around the food of that city. Buying a big sandwich and throwing out a bowl of chips just doesn't cut it anymore. People go all out for the game. Chefs come out of the wood work. Bakers go crazy creative. The cupcakes you saw were made at Amaru Confections (best cupcake anywhere). Apparently they had all Denver orders and none for Seahawks. GO DENVER!! I love to snack and love finger foods. One of my most favorite things to do for the game is so old school. I am a huge fan of the Velveeta cheese and salsa dip. So simple and so good. I throw in an additional can of green chiles to give a kick. I know....going way out on that one! I also make stuffed mushrooms and mini quiches. I found a great site for a list of fun Super Bowl recipes
