Boise Responds To The Tragedy In Orlando

While we woke up this weekend to complete horror on Saturday and Sunday mornings with the news of shootings from Orlando our hearts broke. This weekend was a bloody weekend. A weekend that has changed the face of the United States, and our state. 

The amazing thing about our city is the way it has come together in a time of crisis. In the days following the shooting in Orlando rally's where organized and crowds showed up to support. This weekend was the kick off of Idaho's Pride Week, and this Saturday Mix 106 will be in the parade celebrating the diversity of our City Of Trees. The thought though for many directly after an event like this is, will and when could it happen to us. Boise Police have commented and promised increased security during this weekends Parade.
