Boise Police Investigating an Attempted Kidnapping at Ann Morrison Park

Boise Police are investigating an attempted kidnapping at Ann Morrison Park.

A mom was in the park near the swings with her three-year-old son on Saturday, when she looked back, her son was gone.

A man was seen carrying him on his shoulders, walking away from the park.

She ran toward him and yelled to put the boy down. He did and then ran away from the park.

The suspect is described as a dark-skinned male, 6'3 tall and in his late 30's. He also has a tattoo close to his eye.
