Mike Kasper

Mike is a thirty-year veteran of radio, with twenty years’ experience doing morning shows and working in several formats, from Hot AC and Top 40 to Country. He got his start in Spokane, Washington; then, had successful stops in Yakima (WA) and Stockton, California, before moving to Boise in 1990. At both Stockton and Boise, Mike also was the program director for fifteen years at the #1-rated stations in their respective markets. Mike moved on to focus exclusively on hosting the morning show at Magic 93.1 in 2001 and a few years later they moved “across town” to Mix 106. The Mix 106 Morning Show is a six-time “Best of the Treasure Valley” winner and four-time “Best Radio Show” winner of the Idaho State Broadcasting Awards.

Mike’s Family Wedding Photo’s From Fake Western Town

Two down and five more kids to go. Mike and Tracy added to their growing family this past weekend with the marriage of their son Casey to Kayla. It was a small intimate wedding with close friends and family held at a fake western town built and owned by Mike's brother and sister in law outside Caldwell.
