Studies show that the time  children need to sleep is around ten to twelve hours a night.  The younger your child the more sleep they need.  With that in mind how early should your child be going to bed?

According to the web site PopSugar…Wilson Elementary School in Kenosha, WI, did some research, found out exactly what time your child needs to go to bed according to their age and then posted it to their Facebook page to make it easier for parents to follow and plan out what time each age group needed to be in bed in order to get enough sleep, based on what time they get wake up in the morning.
