A Restaurant Tells You “No?”

There's a restaurant in Florida that is telling customers, no, when they ask for ketchup with their order.  The chef says "ketchup is not part of his culinary agenda."  Most patrons of the restaurant agree that the burgers are better without it, but the idea that the chef has the right to refuse to serve your meal how you want it (which he does) would send me to another place.

What about you?  Would you have any problem with a restaurant that tells you that they'll only serve you ketchup if "you're under the age of 10?"
