A Moose Falls Into the Basement of a Home!

A family in Hailey got a huge surprise the other night when a moose fell through a window well and into the basement of their home!! Can you even imagine?!

The Sheriff’s Office posted a photo of the moose standing in the basement. From the picture, it looks like there was a couch and other furniture moved to try to block the moose from other parts of the house.

We’re not really sure how they got the moose out yet but the sheriff’s office did say that the crazy weather and deep snow across the region is what’s been bringing wildlife into town and close to homes looking for food.
