A Big Thank You from MIX 106 and The Idaho Foodbank

There are SO many "Thank You's" for us to extend today, but I want to start first and foremost with our donors. Thank you for taking the time listen to the stories and making the decision to give. You are helping kids right here in the Treasure Valley.

Thank you to recipients and former recipients of the Backpack Buddy program for sharing your personal stories. It can't be easy to talk about, but your strength and courage will help so many other families who are in the same shoes that you were/are.

Thank you to all of our volunteers! Those of you who worked so hard leading up to this event, those of you who answered call after call, and those who spent time in the warehouse to fill these life changing backpacks. Also, a big thanks to Steve's Cafe and Idaho Pizza Company for feeding our volunteers!

Thank you to Team Mazda Suburu for providing us with another vehicle to auction off, with 100% of the winning bid going towards our fundraising goal! We raised an additional $3,610 from your incredible generosity.

Thank you to all of the wonderful local businesses that offered donation incentives. We were able to give away an incentive each hour with the help of Roaring Springs, Wahooz, Lagoon, Tucano's, The Beehive Salon, Northern Lights Cinema Grill, and Spirit of Boise Balloon Classic.
