7 Cares Idaho Shares Day

Mix 106 is partnering with KTVB for 7 Cares Idaho Shares Day this Saturday. We want to help those in need and make sure these local charities' shelves are stocked!

7 Cares Idaho Shares is the one day event to come together as a community and help those in need. From 7am-1pm you can drop off nonperishable food items or a monetary donation at any of the locations below. This year, The Idaho Foodbank, the Boise Rescue Mission and the Salvation Army will benefit from these donations. We are hoping that in 6 hours that we can collect enough items to fully stock their shelves and collect enough monetary donations to help those in need of food, shelter and aid all winter long.

Mike & I will be at the Fred Meyer at Glenwood and Chinden starting at 8am Saturday collecting your donations. If you're in that area, please stop by, say hi and make a donation.

Remember, your donation doesn't have to be a truck full. If every person in the Treasure Valley, who could, donated one dollar or one can of food, the shelves and bank accounts of these non profits would be stuffed full all of 2016! Each one of us can make a difference as we come together for this one day of caring and giving.
