#4 of The 12 Strays of Christmas – Pixie (& Elvis)
Pixie is an 8 year old, tan and white Chihuahua mix. She was surrendered to the shelter because her owner was no longer able to take care of her. She is house trained and good with dogs, cats, kids and adults alike. She is obsessed with squeaky toys and loves to give sweet kisses! Her adoption price is $80, but since she is over 6 years old, Pixie is eligible for our “Seniors for Seniors” program, which means anyone 60+ can adopt her for FREE!
But wait! There’s more! Pixie was surrendered with her pal, Elvis. Elvis is a 7 year old, black Chihuahua mix who is house trained. He knows sit and loves to snuggle above all else. Like Pixie, he is good with dogs, cats and everyone he meets. His adoption price is also $80 and he is also eligible for our “Seniors for Seniors” program.
This pair is bonded and we would love to see them stay together, if possible. Therefore, in the spirit of Christmas, we are offering an even sweeter deal! If you aren’t quite a senior yourself (under 60 years old), the adoption fee for the pair is $100. If you are a senior, the first dog will be free, as it normally is for our Senior for Senior program, and the second dog will be only $40! It doesn’t get any better than that!
Please consider giving this adorable pair a new, forever home for Christmas! In return, you’ll get more love than you ever considered possible from these two little sweethearts!
